Visual kei of Korea is influenced only for Shit bands of Soleil and Matina labels .
I think it would benefit the OP if you said which 'shit' bands are copying soleil and matina labels
I'd like to know them as well.
Maybe you can check out this list here:
http://www.metal-archives.com/lists/KR listen to a few and evaluate costumes lol
Notice none of the bands you've already mentioned are on this list because frankly, rock music in korea is Indie rock. It is a mainstream alternative. They have numerous festivals dedicated to this genre. Think bathed hippies but in all pastels and they shop at places like urban outfitters. It's the perfect drama daydream to show off soft art. They like reading design books in cozy coffee shops and taking polaroid pictures. This is korean rock. Peace & love to all koreans.
Sorry for more outside links, but there seems to be a good list of basic bands here you might like if stuff like Nemesis is okay:

And the same question asked on a Korean board:

I've heard of Nell, No-brain,Guckkasten, but they all still fall into indie art rock for me. A good source for them and a lot of 'under the radar' music is a user named Orienkorean on Youtube.
I'm not going to say that there are no visual bands in Korea. Their underground music scene is alive and well. But I highly doubt the visual will be on par with what most would call Japanese visual kei. A quick search of 비주알락 밴드/비주얼계 brings up only who you've already mentioned
and all the old japanese bands. (Nemesis gets extra praise cuz they use a piano)
*oh no wait! band 리플렉스 (Reflex) calls themselves a visual band--but....no nevermind.
If it makes you feel any better for getting nowhere, fans of vk in Korea have been asking the same question, and the bands that do start up seem not to last long. lots of dead websites.
