about the name of Eve of Destiny's 1999 WGT guitarist.

A friend point out to me this link http://www.sanctuary.ch/gothcommunity/m ... e&artid=84

it says : "1999, the first show of EVE OF DESTINY (Haruhiko Ash + Def Master)at 8.Wave Gotik Treffen 1999 in Leipzig,Germany. (Other performers on the same stage were the Creatures, Sex Gang Children, Eva.O, etc.)"

So, the name of the guitarist is "Def Master" or is it another person? . any thoughts?

Def Master is (was? - they haven't done anything for years) a Japanese industrial band. It is quite probable that the info is right and someone from the band was assisting Haruhiko at WGT. They certainly knew each other and were in good terms, because their's was the one and only band name that anyone could get out of Haruhiko when he was asked about the goth & industrial scene in Japan (the existance of which he was denying most of the time).

I think they're from various German goth/industrial magazines that came with videos on disc.

oh, thank you thousand times :) i really like Void! Were you on that festival? Seriously they need to come back or inform where they are and whats up with their projects, at least Közi -.-' Is Haru singing on Iconoclast "i love you, i miss you" ? It sounds creepy ::ash:: I've never seen EoD lyrics expect Nerveous and Innocence.

I love how Közi does that serious face through the show, i hope he really is not that pissed off ::kozi::

No, i was not there. I think that Kozi is not pissed off, he is just like that during performances. Regarding the songs, yes I like Void a lot too, and Dead End is very catchy, i like it more than Void, actually. I wish i could hear some other unreleased songs like metaphor and bress this mess , or something like this. I guess unless someone else has other video recording or bootleg, we will never get to listen to them.

I always thought that bress this mess is a live version of iconoclast. Is it a typo or should the name be bless this mess? Well anyway... never say never, it really makes me everytime sad when i listen to EoD, and think will they ever return v_v

And i'm sure someone has bootlegs or video recordings, that haven't -yet- been published
