It's alright with me ^^

I just wanted to clear a last thing, maybe you can remember voixdinferno asking the same question some month ago and as you can see noone scaned the madosho even without the interdiction of flower to do so on scape for now.

I was only talking about what I wouldn't do and wanted voixdinferno to stop asking since it was obvious that noone wanted to scan madosho or else they would have anwser on the forum or send a pm which noone apparently did.

And I think I said it before I don't care if a MA member is going to scan them and post them for everyone to see if it is done freely and as you said out of generosity but not because somone try to make us looks egoist and selfish because we don't want to share.

After all Mana asked us all to not reveal the madosho and even if he didn't play fair with us for the last few year I still don't feel like sharing.

Yes I remember. That's why I pointed the fact that a lot of scans of madoushos are distributed all over the internet. I find strange that here, nobody never posted them. I wonder what people here are afraid of ^^ No matter !^^

Yes, he asked so. I always thought that part of the "contract" between the members and him was funny XD As we say in french, "il ne manque pas d'air !"

I don't find it that strange.

Back in the day when Mana didn't say much on Monologue theater the informations he was giving about him in madosho were kind of precious and personnal imo.

Now it's different, he talks more on Monologue Garden. The madosho kind of lost their initial purpose maybe that's why it all ended with all the others issues going on with MA.

This is the internet. Hate your naysayers, and scan and post whatevers.

I have a pile of mados. I have a pile of saved translations. The translations are what I really want, as much as the pictures. It would be too much of me to say "someone translate them all!!" for the gaps in my files though.

Can I ask where you found these translations? I luckily have all of the Madoushous but my Japanese ability is close to nil, so translations would be awesome!

I understand a lot of people in M+A International, did not get the last issue, 72. That being the case, for those people, I wouldn't mind scanning and sharing. I mean, if you're part of M+A I know what it's like not to receive what you should have received. >.>

Hum. voixdinferno only said : "yeah! ... I think there's no more reason for hide the pictures Razz"
It doesn't necessary mean that he asks again for scan.
Maybe he already received them. We don't know. He only points the fact that there is no more reason to hide the pics that are in the madoushos. The emoticon that he used seems to indicate it's a teasing ^^ I agree with him. Those pics are everywhere...

@voixdinferno : if you only like them live then what's the point in wanting to see madosho picture?

Because if I recall well your first post was 'no point in hinding the picture' isn't that near to 'I would like to see the picture'?

Now the discussion is closed for me, I'm just glad flowers said not to post pictures here for the moment.

Obviously Mana didn't put into much effort into it for his international members and even now hasn't apologized.
It's precisely because he put so much effort into the international FC that he got into trouble. First with his Japanese fans, who were jealous of gaijin getting so many benefits and many stopped supporting him. Only now that both the international and the domestic FC are closed, so neither them nor international fans can get priority tickets anymore, have they stopped complaining about gaijin getting priority tickets at lives in Japan. He must have known about this grudge since it was hotly debated on Japanese forums, but he continued to give gaijin fans priority tickets. Then with international fans who wouldn't join the FC and were angry that FC members got front row places without having to camp out in front of the venue for days in countries where people are used to everything being first come, first serve. Then with international tour organisers and venue staff, who hated the extra work of having to create separate queues so FC members could get priority entry abroad. And last but not least with would-be FC members, who complained endlessly that the FC was too expensive and begged for scans and translations to be shared, which meant that there was less incentive to join when they did get shared (not here, but there were other places where people were "nicer").

Why do you think much bigger and more popular, and therefore richer, bands don't bother with international FCs? It's a lot of work, but not enough to justify employing English speaking staff to take care of it full-time, and not enough people will join to make it worth their while financially. International fans may beg and plead to get the same benefits as Japanese fans, but when it comes to putting their money where their mouth is many suddenly find more important uses for their money. Mana was one of the first to offer an international FC and he found that out the hard way. Yes, towards the end it wasn't handled well anymore, but to say that he didn't put much effort into the FC for his international fans is untrue and unfair.

Don't accuse too quickly would-be FC members. I think that the main way the pics from madoushos were distributed is the FC members themselves who scanned them and used them in their blogs, MSN, and their avatars on different forums. And after that, they are distributed all over the internet without any link with the madoushos of course. I have some pics on my PC that a friend found on internet. I don't know if they are from madoushos or not.
That's why some reactions here intrigued me. The pics of madoushos are all over the web and without asking. If they were posted in a special place, at least, it would reintegrate their link with the original madoushos. Hum. Not so sure about the way to say that. Sorry ^^

And I'd add something. Mana asking the FC members not to tell the content of the madoushos...He was sure the FC members (not all) would disobey. It's human. I don't say they he thought like that but it was obvious that it would happen. It could seem frustrating for the FC members who paid but it made him a lot of "pub".

Well, I remember people complaining for years about the membership fee and/or the fact that you needed a credit card to join. And there was a website that regularly "shared" Madousho translations even after they were told directly and repeatedly by Midi:Nette to stop, so I don't think he expected people to disobey. Even now you have to give your membership number when you buy back issues from M:N's shop.

Geisha, my english is not so good. I didn't mean that he did it intentionnaly but it's a fact that when humen are ordered to do or not to do something (by law, contract ...), a lot of them do the opposite ^^

It's the last time I come on this forum this year I think, so everyone have a nice Hogmanay :) Is it like that we say ?
And already, I wish you all a Happy New year :)
