Hmmm...well, if I were to give any futher critique, having seen this now as a triptic.....
I really like the way you mixed white into the face of the solo Klaha to represent the receding areas. It does a good job of moving the space back, and yet because you chose white, it ties the first together with the second two wearing whiteface. If you had chose to go with purely natural skin colors, it would have stood out in a bad way. Good job.
As for what you did with the background on the first....hmmm, well, the 3 are visually united with colors and a similar style, but that green area in the bottom right of the first is a bit too green to really fit with the other two. It looks a little off. :? And the brushstrokes with the red in that area kind of create an interesting illusion as if he were being consumed by evil flames. XD It reminds me of the work of the brothers Hildebrandt and their portrayal of Mordor from Middle Earth. Those paintings were practically all different shades of red and green used in contrast to give the feeling of being in a very hot, desolate place.
And yeah, the Pride of Mind picture does look a bit rushed in comparison with the first. ^.^;;; The feeling is so much more placid, and the areas don't seem to have as much depth/contrast to them as the first. Were you doing this all in one sitting, and/or one by one in sequence? It might be good in the future to work on parts all three at once if you ever do another triptic, so that they will mesh with each other a bit better, and in more than one sitting so that you won't feel so rushed to do the last one. ^.^;;;
