The things I found more interesting in this interview are he not telling (or really not knowing?) about Klaha being the name of an angel; and the 'reverse diet'. Now, what the hell should that mean? I would thing it was like eating a lot to gain weight, but eating one or two times a day?

I didn't know about the angel thing. That's kind of cool...

I was curious about the diet thing as well... Maybe I'll try to look it up or something. And I've certainly never heard of a diet like that before.

As far as I can tell, that "angel named Klaha" is either made-up, or so obscure that it might as well be made up. It's not from any mainstream world religion, certainly. Klaha's been pretty consistent in explaining that he just made up his name because he liked the sound.

For him, that probably IS eating a lot to gain weight

Well, I do reverse diet also, but for me it's not really eating just one or two times a day. I just eat the most (which isn't much to start out with) in the morning, and less at lunch, and by dinnertime it's even less and sometimes I just don't bother with dinner if it's past a certain time. Say, if it's after 7-8 PM, then I shouldn't eat anything after that because I'd be doing less work at night.

Oh, and to answer you question Kinsao, Atra is one of his cats. The other is Chopin I think...

Yes, Chopin is his other cat. ^^

And the angel thing, I think I read somewhere on Gwendel's site that it was the name of an angel...lemme put it here...

@Blackberry: I love that song...I love it when the drums and stuff come in and at the "Youre still in my heart! In the rain ..." I have just found myself to be listening to Kiseki no Koe, just got it yesterday, and I really like those drums and that tambourine thing...Sounds really...ancient Chinesey and gypsyish? ^^;

Hummm, actually eating less often can make you gain weight if you're not careful, because your body 'thinks' it is not going to get so much food, so it stores it up rather than burning it.
Whereas if you eat 'little and often', actually digestion takes energy, so when you eat something, your metabolism speeds up a bit. That's why it's better to eat a small amount every 5 hours, rather than, for example, 2 'full' meals a day. It keeps your body 'ticking over' at a faster rate. ^^

But the way you describe 'reverse diet' as eating most in the morning and decreasing throughout the day, that makes good sense too, because naturally you don't burn off much at night in your sleep! ^^ (Plus if you eat most for breakfast, you don't feel so hungry later on ^^)

That's interesting about the angel, although I think I believe Klaha when he says the reason he chose his name! XD But it's nice to think he might share his name with an angel. ^^
