where do you live? you can get your drivers liscence at 16 and a half here.
i mean, i could start studying now and have a permit but february '08 (still 15, birthday in july), but i'd get my license in '09 when i'd be 16.

It's easier after you're 18 though. I didn't have to go to driving school or anything because I was already 18. I just studied up a bit and took my permit test. Of course I was able to wait that long because I didn't really need to be driving. I just took the bus to school.Amatsu wrote:

, I live in Puerto Rico and the age to get a license starts at 16 but I couldn't have it at that age because of some accidents I had and I was too busy with other things.
