Who'd want to see YOU?
hohohoho
Mana, apparently  Just kidding!

Are you like, a person who works at cons? XD I'm assuming you'll give me everything for free ::cred::
Nah, I've never worked at a con before, but I have a friend who is helping put things together and I asked if I could help and it looks like it may be happening! And I would love to give you something free, but I don't think even I would get anything... I'll probably buy a copy of D+SECT because I don't have it yet and a Mana mug so I can "drink from it and live forever". And probably a shirt if they have one.

I'd be up for a meet-up if someone wants to organize something!

@LEM
You should go! I haven't seen you since the time Blind Guardian came to Seattle! (Not the last time, the time before that when the one guy took off his shirt and started moshing like a bear!!)

Okay okay, maybe I'll go. I may not like Animu or MDM that much anymore but still if you're with good company it's always fun!

I told Johnny (my husband) about it and he actually wants to go more than I do (he doesn't care about MDM but he wants to see Seattle). It's not like we can really afford it at the moment but he was like "eh, fuck it. You only live once."

So, I don't know. I might be there. I haven't listened to them in a while but I'm sure it will be fun (even if only for watching the lolis lose their minds over MAAANNAA-SAAAMMAAA).
If you go I will go and you can sleep on my floor :D

Haha I think we'll get a hotel room, but thanks.

I don't know, we'll see. I'd better make a decision soon. (Oh God, I hope I'm not pregnant by then. This is an event that will require a lot of drinking.)

Edit: wow, Sakura-con doesn't even have their schedule posted. Maybe I'm spoiled by how organized Dragon*Con is (DC is a decidedly Big Deal though, so I guess it shouldn't be surprising that they have their shit more together), but this isn't filling me with confidence. They really expect people to make travel plans without even knowing the schedule?

Anime cons like to wait until the last minute with that stuff apparently. AM2 didn't have their schedule finished until like 2 days before the con.

Also: NEVER FORGET

But actually what I came here to post was, if any of you go, would you be so kind as to post what Kanon merchandise is for sale? Thanks.

GARUGAMESH!!!! I've seen cosplayers of that guy d(^_^o) And then there was Man-Faye... Some things you can never unsee...

Anyway, anything in particular you're looking for Kanon-wise?

(I hope that one day, Mana meets Man-Faye, and that I'm there with my camera when it happens.)

Well, if you do decide to go let me know! I can show you around the city! Also don't go up the Space Needle unless you REALLY want to, it's a God damn overpriced tourist trap. Columbia Tower ftw.

^^^Welp, I'll probably be taking you up on the offer, because we just booked the flight and hotel. Mainly I'm just interested in good watering holes - not for the purpose of getting all shit-faced, but because I'm always interested in the nightlife when I travel because the atmosphere is a bit different in every city and it gives you something of a feel for what it's like to be a local.

We've never been to an anime con or a JRock show, so this should be pretty lol.

Lololol, I'm going to SC this time since I didn't last year. Idk what to think about MdM being here, but if their concert doesn't clash with anything I want to see (i.e. fashion shows), then I'll be in attendence.

Waiting in the concert line is going to be so boring and if they do autographs after the concert, I'm going to dread that. The Gilgamesh autograph line was AWFUL. ::hora::

I asked that question on the Sakura Con forums and a relations person posted that they were pretty sure both of them would perform on Saturday.

This is upsetting, you can't buy single day tickets anymore. You have to shell out the $60 for all three days.

I want to go sooo bad! I'm not as into this stuff as I used to be but if Mana is gonna be in Seattle, I have to see him! He used to mean so much to me!

lol as yun said, the crazy idea of going is making its way in my mind... but I won't jump for joy as long as I don't have my passport in my hands and my plane tickets booked.

still I'm SO excited ! if not for me, at least for yun <3 and you guys! write reports!

edit: I just bought my access to the 2nd Digital Madousho and gosh I miss them so much <333 even though I now listen to MdM once every 3 months nowadays, I'd still really love to see them

Everyone going to Seattle, you should head out to Kelly Park around midnight and check out the nightscape of Seattle after the Con. It's the place where most postcards of Seattle at night are taken, and it's a pretty awesome view, as you get a great view of the bay as well as the city lights. ::foot::
