Last Hallucination is... I should've expected for it to have been as much as it was. I have listened to the song before; it never really stood out to me among SS' back catalogue, and musically, it still doesn't. I think that's because I don't want to let it. You, too? It's interesting that except wherein the songs that don't directly mention the garden; it's only there where roses are worked into the verses. But we know that's what is there, and that's what it's made up of... If we were to speak of them aloud, would they all disappear? My article is underway, and a lot of it won't mean a thing but to me and to someone else who wouldn't care, but it's still a valid - and accurate - painted window into that perfect garden. Thank you for translating, and I'll contribute myself soon in time.

For some reason, most likely the fact i'm really lame, my eyes welled up whilst reading Emergence of Silence.. it's always been my favourite song by SS, and i don't know... although i had a rough idea of what it meant, and in no way am i saying Mr. Sprinkles translation is off or whatever, but... i really enjoyed reading your interpretation, and just... *cry*

So basically, thanks for translating, faith! :D

oh yeah, I forgot to add this. I heard "Kuro Ageha" (black swallowtail) are the messengers or the like of the underworld...*according to the manga "Mahou o Shinjiru Kai*

I think it's Native American folklore, but apparently if you wished something and wanted it granted, you'd have to catch one of these swallowtail butterflies, whisper your secret to it and since butterflies don't make any sounds, only "the great spirit" would recieve your message...and grant your wish.

:)

ps. Faith, you can't write stuff then erase it! :P ;) ::cam::

I joined this forum just so I could comment and say thanks a lot for the new translations.

I've been looking around a lot for the "full" lyrics because some words were missing from the Scape site, and it was getting to be frustrating.

I get this vibe, after reading the translations, that Kaya's obsession is not with gender, but continuing his generation of self.

First of all, I love it~
The second thing is that I need a banner 0_0

And for what I can say about the translations, they're a lot more clear and somehow...natural now.
And thankies for the Another Cell translations as well! (though I'm trying hard not to read them yet)

NEVER take the site down. *clings to the pages*

I don't mean to be a pain or anything, because I do enjoy your translations, and agree with them, so... But, Hora did write both music and lyrics for INDWELL. ^_^;; Other than that, I usually direct people to your site when I am too tired to explain what the lyrics mean. ^_^;

thank you! I'll fix it now.

That clears up a lot, actually.
I was sitting there like, "why's Kaya writing like Hora? Maybe I misjudged their level of collaboration..."
But now it kind of makes sense ::bleh::

...I really like that song....

I never thought I'd see the Web site finished! Both the presentation and the content therein are all very good, and I'm glad to see it completed. :) The another cell translations passed me by until now, and I've gone ahead and perused them through. Does that mean that your order came in?

Yes... It makes me feel sad, but in a way that isn't necessarily bad. ...I think. ...or something. >_>;;

And this has nothing much to do with lyrics, but with translating: I have an old interview with Schwarz Stein, from 2003 about when they released NVC... I think it was in FoolsMate. All I remember is that there was Gackt on the cover, and somewhere towards the back there was a full page color ad for NVC. ^_^;; If you want me to, I can dig it up and scan it. ^_^;; I'll have to send it through e-mail, though, or cut it into several small parts, otherwise photobucket will shrink it down until it's impossible to read. >_>;; Anyway, I have an illustration job I don't really want to finish, so it's no bother to search around for the magazine. ^_^;;
