It's not fanservice, it's part of their stage performance. Mana being the "maiden" and Yu~ki playing the "evil vampire".

They often did skits in their indies days; Mana played the woman and Yu~ki the vampire. You can see it in the Voyage concert, which is available for purchase at CDJapan. Since it is in-print, it cannot be uploaded here. I can't think of any other live clips which show the skits.

Anyway, keep in mind fanservice isn't the type of conversation we encourage here. Since the question is answered and you seem to be focusing on "intimate fanservice" I'm going to lock this.
