i don't think he could teahc you to compose but he could teach you how to blend and listen to tunes and its up to you how you compose it.

Eh, like anything dealing with design or art, the foundations can be taught, but the actual carrying out of it is dependant on the creativity of the person.

Hmm... I can't really make a choice. I don't think Mana is a great guitar player. I would pay a lot for Kozi to give me lessons as he is a far superior player IMO than Mana. However, if Mana were to give me lessons on Music theory and composition I would pay a lot for them

I'd have Sugizo give me guitar lessons.. or hell, Miyavi even since he doesn't even put those skills to use anymore, and even I admit he's damn good. And since I wanna vote so bad, imma have to say Mana sucks. I don't think he really sucks, but there's no choice for what I'm thinking.

I don't want guitar lessons from Mana. As other people have said, there are better guitarists out there...

However, if Mana was giving a lecture on aesthetic theory and the use of alternate art forms and branding to create a large-scale experience for the viewer, I would SO be there! Assuming I was better at Japanese or the lecture was somehow magically in English, I think it would be fascinating to hear him talk about this.

I might have to do that too. Seriously, if you're gunna get your panties in a twist because we don't think Mana's the greatest guitarist ever and some of don't worship him like he's god.. then.. grow up. Because he's A) Not God, contrary to what's believed, B) Not a great guitarist, and C) Doesn't reside in Hell. Well, I feel better.
