Hello,
I am new but I'm allowed to make a new topic (a moderator removes it if necessary) because after a few weeks of searching, I still have not found my answer and I have not found other choice but to sign up here, I hope you can help me.

I know the fan club to much problem (I knew already when registering) at this time but now, it's been a year since I am part of M+A, initially, I know there normally receives a workbook, cerificates stating that you are part of the fan club and I really do not know what else because I have received nothing, even after sending an email I received that madoushos...
Okay, I confess that after 11 months of waiting, I lost all hope of seeing them one day... -- '
I must say that it is a friend who helped me get in, she has a visa and I do not.
In September, she bought me the DVD calls to immortality and limited edition pendant M+A (approximately 15 day intervals) at the moment I still have not received and again after they have written several emails, they do not respond ... Is it normal to you?
Meanwhile, my friend try to register again several times since December, only the site is under maintenance and since it does not work.
My registration ended today, but I still can navigate the site (it reassures me a bit ^^)
Is it that I should completely register or is it only through the maintenance I could benefit from the discount plan? (10000 yen, I think)
Will I receive from you anyway one day the pendant and the DVD?

I'm sorry to bore you with all this but I do not know where to turn or what to do even more.
Thank you in advance

PS: I'm sorry for my bad English : /
I hope still do understand myself.

M+A has horrible customer service, frequently takes people's money while giving them nothing or very little in return and you should not sign up for it ever again unless you are very stupid. Hope that helps.

No, I don't think it's normal but it seems to be usual that they don't answer to emails. Last time I placed an order with Midi:Nette, I had a problem for payment. I sent them several emails and they never answered to me. They acted if they hadn't received them. Well, I resolved the problem myself and so, I received well my order. I received well several emails from them but never an answer to mine, though I proposed them several solutions. I think that they should at least have answered my emails. In business, not to answer in such emails could bring them in a very bad situation. The politeness demands that we answer to our mail. It's valuable for them too ^^
Most of the time, I defend Mana, Midi:Nette and cie but, in your case, I think that you should put away the feelings that we could have for Mana and tell them that if you don't receive your orders, you are going to lodge a complain. I think that, in business, feelings should be put away. It's an advice that I should follow myself now. Not towards Mana but in a personal problem ^^

Well, at the time of my order to Midi:Nette, I spoke of the problem to Mana on his blog. I don't know if it helped but you could try ^^

And don't worry. Your english is understandable ^^

First, I thank you all for having responded both ^^

@Tiny: I have already considered several times to talk to Mana himself but I resigned myself into thinking that it would not change anything really.
I know that some time ago a group of people had sent him a letter that makes things happen, but I do not know if there was an impact.
My friend even told me to wait again and again because there was nothing else to do. She convinced me they were really in trouble and it would happen only later when I spoke to another member of M + A French, he told me he had done the same command 3 years ago and had been for about 3 weeks. I do not know if it's similar but I was shocked because I know that there is nothing in there (even complaints) I feel helpless.
Anyway, thank you again for taking the time to answer me.

There is a great difference between 3 weeks and 4 months for your orders. I don't think there is nothing to do. Business on internet is legislated as normal business. I don't know where you are living but there are mediators who take care of such problems. Generally, it even isn't settled in front of a tribunal. First the mediator contacts the society for you and together they try to find a solution. In you case, well, Midi:Nette probably would be asked to send you your order in a time decided by the mediator.

I said that I didn't know where you were living because if it was in Belgium or France, I'd give you a link where you could contact mediators. But, I think you could easily find this kind of links for your country on internet.

I repeat. I don't want that mana and Midi:Nette have juridical problems. I love them too much. But, in your case, I'd react ^^

Are you a platinum member? Have you paid for the DVD and pendant yet? They will only send out the order after you paid them. If they collected payment and haven't send you the merchandise sent them proof of payment ask them for proof of delivery.
About them not answering email, I sent them an email to reserve concert ticket and they did not response in time so I send them a gentle reminder and Yukie Itoh replied right away.

@Tiny: I live in Belgium ^ ^
Me neither, I do not want them to have problems, I would just settle this.

@Blue Moon: Yeah I'm platinum member, my friend paid for everything, i received confirmation in my inbox.
I'll try to do as you told me, if I still have no reaction, I think I will look and act like Tiny told me to do.

Sorry, I didn't notice that you were in Belgium too ^^ I am so absent-minded XD
Here is a link where you'll find all you need to settle your problem : http://statbel.fgov.be/fr/litiges/plain ... /index.jsp

But I agree with you and Blue Moon. It would be better that, first, you'd try to contact them again and send them proof of payment ^^

i haven't receive the madosho #70 and a friend of mine wrote a mail in japanese to ask them why I didn't received it, 3 weeks later still no answer and I'm a member since 2006 è__________________é

I'm so angry and your case is even worst!

Really what do they think? That everyone will continue to pay for nothing? I already did it for this year and I'm not going to do this again!

For my part, I only have a debit card and I had problems with it in the past to order to Midi:Nette shop. So, for now, I don't join the fan club. But I think that soon I'll join. I still trust Mana, Yukie Itoh and Midi:Nette :) I have more the impression of bad work done by some employee(s).
Well, you can tell me that Yukie Itoh surely knows the problems. Well, maybe not. Not all, in any case. First, probably, the jobs are divided. And secondly, they could suspect the problems or saw on forum different discussions about them but they are only discussions without proofs. Like a friend recently wrote me about something else, there is a great difference between to suspect something and finaly to discover it was true.
That's why I think that complaints in front of mediators are good. For the fans who are prejudiced and for Mana and Midi:Nette. If there are something wrong in Midi:Nette (bad employees or bad organization etc), then, they'll have the proofs.

Is it really that hard though to check in on your employees once in a while and make sure they're doing their jobs? I mean, that's what bosses do. If you're unaware of what's going on in your own organization, you're pretty bad at this whole business thing.

I'm not so sure. A lot of bosses trust their employees. They have their own job that have nothing to do with the check of the employees.
In my last job, my boss never verified what I did. She verified my planning, yes. I mean that, at each deadline, she asked me if I would be timely. But she contented herself with my words. She trusted me.
It would have been impossible for her to verify our jobs. I speak about me but it was the same for everyone, except maybe for the secretaries because they worked directly for her. Even though ... ^^

But maybe in great societies, it's not the same and that you are right ^^

She didn't have to check up on you because in the end, you delivered results. My bosses don't watch what I'm doing all the time either, because in the end I get my work done well and on time. It's the results that matter.

M+A does not deliver good results.

LOL, i wait for their answer for.. 3 years.. probably? xD. I can't believe there still are people that want to pay for nothing... M+N keeps taking our money, if we still want to pay for nothing. xD

I can't believe such companies as Midi-Nette still exist.. They just fail in working! I think someone should report about them to Japanese government or so?... It is a crime, youknow xD. It seems writing to M+N doesn't work anymore, so i think there are other ways to get things sorted out...

Yes, you are right, Iskanderia. But there were tasks that she could have verified but that she didn't. For instance, we sold Cds with our datas and different books. She didn't verify that the Cds and books ordered were well sent. Yes, she verified it when the CD or the book was for someone that she knew or someone that could be useful for us. But, in other cases, she didn't. She was constantly too much in a hurry. But she found the time to verify that the CDs and books were well paid

That's why I think that it could be the same in Midi:Nette. But I am not working there. So, I don't know. It's just a possible thing ^^
