I think you guys should make new color schemes for the forum. The black one hurts my eyes after a while and the white and bluish one is too corny :)

Surprisingly, that's something we CAN do with admin powers, unlike 99% of useful things :P

I just spit out my drink at this from laughing, I must be really tired o_O

I'll take it into consideration... but honestly I like the dark colors as they are.

I perfer the dark colors because really bright colors on computer screens hurt my eyes because it's like looking into a lightbulb... Plus the artists that this forum focuses on all use black/dark colors in their color schemes, so it's fitting, I think ^^;

I like it fine, but some options might be interesting. There are options with MBs I know, maybe not this type, that allow users to set their own skin...*shrug* I vote si, which is Spanish for hai.

Check your profile and you can pick your color scheme. We only have 2, and most people don't bother to change it.

And I voted "iie" which is Japanese for "Some people might want other colors, but I've grown attached to our current selection"

Oh, I didn't even know. :-* *bats eyelashes stupidly*

EDIT: LOL I just changed it and it looks ridiculous. I'm keeping it this way out of misguided and misdirected spite. ^_^
EDIT #2: And all the DARK SCARY GAWFIC avatars and crosses look hilarious now. Oh man I needed this.

I like the plain dark scheme, actually. Can you imagine a bright pink and happy-sparkle-fluff!!!1121 theme on the Monophobia forum?

I say keep zee dark! >o<P

If we're talking color themes, I like the Ad Infinitum layout for phpBB, personally. Not so sure if anyone else likes the red colors, though.

Amasanin and I used to toy around with possible different schemes ALL the time. It always came down to the available options out there (be it phpBB or custom) don't really look nice or 'fit' with the theme of the site or us trying to make our own custom one and mostly failing :P

I like the current smartDark style. It's clean and easy on the eyes. But I prefer darker layouts.

I think a change would be good. The black has been the background for a while and that may be why people don't really care about changing it and it's just customary. All 900+ of us -scape- people and put our....unique minds together and probably puke something out that'll be good :|

900+ members, and just shy of 400 who haven't made a single goddamn post. ;]

Yeah, can we...delete them?
Nah... some of them log in every once in a blue moon just to read.

I think if they join, they should post. It only makes sense. It's like people who used to join just for downloads except they're just joining to get info. I just think people should get involved if they're going to join.

Well, technically they could still get all the info even if they weren't logged in... no one would be harmed if we deleted them. They could still read everything. The only section non-members cannot access is the downloads forum. And now they need 50 posts to get in there anyhow. *shrug* I really don't care either way. We probably only have some 100, maybe less, member who actually are a part of the community. The only way I find lurkers offensive is that they make the board seem bigger than it actually is.

In my opinion, we shouldn't delete the users without any post counts. Maybe they're just shy.

Anyways, I'm perfectly fine with the current theme of -scape-. Grey on black is much easier
on the eyes when you're staring at the computer for who knows how long. I had a feeling
the subSilver theme was bad but I didn't know it looked that atrocious. haha
It doesn't quite match the artists we discuss here so I vote "Yay" for black.
