All is well that ends well, Satou ! ^^
Sorry not to have answered to you yesterday. I am often out of my house this week.
Well, my problem was different. I always use "Registered air mail" as shipping method. Because I think that in Belgium, EMS is not so great. You can only trace your order until the Belgium customs. After that point, all can happen. And we have extra fees to pay when we receive the parcel and sometimes, we receive a parcel for someone else (souvenir XD)
But I had never had problem with the "Registered air mail" method before. With that method, if you don't receive the order, CD_Japan says that you have to contact the post office yourself to introduce a complaint and not them. But, the problem is that, in Belgium, when a parcel doesn't arrive to it's destination, it's the sender who must introduce the complaint and not the adressee. So, when I went to the post office to introduce a complaint, they sent me back to Cd-Japan telling me that they could do nothing for me. So, I wrote an email to CD-Japan to explain my problem. They didn't answer to me but they paid me back directly and I received a discount coupon for my next purchase. It happened 2 times. In fact, I don't know if Cd-Japan is responsible or not. It can be belgian post office that is responsible and that Cd_Japan prefered to pay me back ^^ So, in fact, I'd rather think they have good service. I grumbled because I didn't receive what I had ordered but all companies wouldn't have paid me back.
Anyways, I am happy that it ended well for you ^^
