If I was made mod I would start by making 2 rules: (1) any post that doesn't contain an anime reference would result in a ban and (2) everyone must have a signature no less than 600X800 in size and containing photoshopped images of Gackt kissing either Kami or Mana, or both.

Also, I'd open a fanfiction subforum.
