Main site problems.

For the past... I don't know how long, maybe two or three months, I've had problems accessing the main site. I click on my bookmark, and I get a "http://scape.us/ could not be found", like the server is down. It's the same thing for New Vogue Child.

Is it just me, or have there been server problems? I don't know if it's affected the forum as well (I get to the forum through New Vogue Child), but it's just been... tedius, I suppose, to try and access the site or forum and have the message pop up.

I've had that problem every now and then, with the same message like you, when I try to refresh the forum.
and on scape.us itself too, when I think about it..

I don't remember how long it's been like this, but has been a while ;/

That's a different problem than the one I was talking about. While I have been getting that one as well, this one has been happening to me for three months, and by the looks of it, happening to other members as well.

I only first got that one today.

I got that error a few months ago, and Flowers got it shortly after. We're not entriely sure why it happened, but Lejun is looking into it and has contacted his server. I don't think he's gotten a response though.

How often does it happen for you? For me it happened...twice, maybe, and resolved itself within a few hours each time.

There are some days where I can't get onto the site at all, some days when I can and then can't, and some days when I have no problems... it hasn't happened in a few days, but it's been rather sporatic so I don't know what to expect.

yeah, some days i can't access this site at all, i get a message saying that the browser can't locate www.scape.us

You should get to the forum through http://www.scapeforums.com instead. I run that domain, so if things ever go down for an extended period I can at least let people know what's going on through that site.

For everyone having problems with the main site: take it up directly with Lejun and tell him how great it would be if there were someone taking care of the site.
