This is kind of an offshoot from the s-conscious topic. I think someone brought up something about this, so I decided to go ahead and make it. So which song do you like the least? Yes, you have to explain yourself too! (why do I feel that this topic will be a whole lot of arguing?)

By the way, I'll post my song a little later when I get some time.

I dunno, one song in particular doesn't stick out as "ultimate suck" I dislike many of their songs, some from each album, so this is pretty tough. The only one I can think of right now is S-CONCIOUS since it's been mentioned previously and got me thinking about it a lot lately, haha.

But yeah, I dunno, it usually depends on my mood. I usually really dislike Gensou Rakuen (ohmyshit), and Ma Cherie...and, I dunno many more, but yeah guess I'll think about it more before I actually vote, but right now Im thinking S-CONCIOUS...it's pretty weak.

Itsuwari no Musette, Seraph, S-CONCIOUS, Miwaku no Rooma, and Je te Veux are the songs I usually skip and are on my least listened category; mostly Itsuwari no Musette and Seraph.

The songs I usually skip are S-Concious and...S-Concious XD

But I don't even REMEMBER premier amour or Claire so...XD

Oh I know a song I don't like....Mori no naka no tenshi. I'm sorry but I really dislike it. :| I love Kami's other songs but this one was really weird imo.

Basically all the mega-gay ones.

Ju Te Veux (this one is probably my absolute least favorite)

and

Apres Midi

being my two least favorite MM songs.

And there are the ones that I don't exactly love (but I don't hate either), like:

Ma Cherie
Uruwashiki Kamen no Shoutaijou
Itsuwari no Musetté
Gekka no Yasoukyoku
Brise
Premier Amour
Claire
Gogo no Sasayaki (this song is not so much gay as it is just bad)

(With the exception of Gogo though, I don't skip these songs)

And in the "Not-Gay But Has Too Much Embarrassing Engrish" category:

S-Concious
N.P.S. N.G.S.

Looking at this list here, I'm noticing that Malice has actually recorded a lot of songs I'm not crazy about. But the songs that I am crazy about, I'm SO crazy about that it makes up for the stuff I don't love.

Mono: Wow, Gensou Rakuen is one of my absolute favourites.

And No Pains No Gains...

To be honest I skip the entire Voyage album except for No Pains No Gains, I only really listen to Bel Air, ILLUMINATI and S-Conscious on Merveilles. I love everything on Memoire DX and Bara no Seidou... Not really interested in Shinwa save for Saikai no Chi to Bara.

I'm glad you didn't call Gogo no sasayaki gay because that's one of my favorites.

But this thread is not about favorites. It's about least favorites.

With this in mind, I will reveal my least favorite Malice Mizer songs.

gardenia
gekka no whatever the fuck its called
everything off of Voyage except for npsngs

I hate mostly the straight sounding songs, I mean Beast of Blood just sucks. (ridiculous)

Honestly Iskanderia, can you please knock off the use of the word "gay". You use it as a form of bashing, and also as a stereotype, and personally I'm getting quite offended even if you mean no harm by it.

Usually I couldn't care less about such things, like if someone says "ugh, this place is gay, let's just go home" or something, but seriously...

EDIT: and holy fuck you hate Gardenia, Einherjer? Holy shiatz...:P

 OK, fine, I'll stop. But really, it's not like I mean GAY as in homosexual. I mean light and poppy and lame. My best friend and room mate in high school and college was gay. I've had a ton of other gay friends, I've spent a lot of time in gay and drag bars, I've hung out with transsexuals and I myself am, like, 65% gay. So if you think that I look down on gay people in any way whatsoever, you have no idea what you're talking about.

It's no different than calling something retarded. It's not like when someone uses that word they are actually insulting the mentally handicapped. It's just a saying. Get the stick out of your ass.

Wow, and I was really taking you seriously until your last sentence.

I only stated it because It hasn't been the first time I've noticed it, and it started to bother me. I wasn't being extremely rude to you, I politely asked you if you could stop, and you throw in your snarky attitude. I almost didn't post, but I did anyway, and this is why many choose just to opt out of posting altogether.

Look, I realize I didn't need to be that bitchy about it, so I apologize for that. And I'm glad that you did post because I'd rather know that I was upsetting you rather than keep on doing it over and over again.

I mean, obviously you couldn't have known my background, or be able to see inside my brain so that you could understand how not-homophobic I am, but what got me all bitchy was the implication that I use the word gay because I really secretly dislike gay people

I don't understand how I use the word in stereotyping or even, for that matter, in bashing. If I commented on a photo of Kaya by saying "OMG, look at how gay he is, what a fucking faggot. Gross," then I could see it, but otherwise, I just don't get it.

The only time I can think of when I used it to stereotype was when we were talking about Tim Gunn and Jae was saying he was sexy and I said that he was too gay for me. Meaning that, as a woman, it doesn't exactly turn me on when a man acts stereotypically gay. If that's offensive to you, I'm sorry, but it's just really hard for me to understand how it could be.

Alright, I'm babbling now, but I'll make a point of being more thoughtful in my posts, okay? Though I can't even fathom how you possibly feel hurt by my use of the word, I'll try to respect your wishes.

I also apologize if it seemed like I thought you hated all gay people or something, I never really thought that was the case, but I also never knew it wasn't, either.

I guess I'm very sensitive about it right now because I'm gradually "coming out". See this is going to be lame now because I'm telling my life story...lol -_-

Anyway, I just feel trapped when people only seem to associate "gay" with either..well something being "retarded" or the stereotypical frilly, feminine and limp-wristed. I don't feel I fit the stereotype, and I feel it's hard for me to open up to people because of all the stereotypes, it's just tough for me right now. Anyway, I apologize too, I probably took it too personally.

EDIT: LOL what a most embarassing time to be first poster on a page. :/ Ah...erm, so how about that MALICE MIZER?!

Whoa, it started earlier than I thought, but not about what I thought it would be about!

Anyway, I'd say my least favorite song is S Consious, because there really isn't any sort of melody in either the vocals or the music ...and it's just repetitive. I used to hate Brise and all those other really poppy style songs too, but I've grown to at least be able to listen to them every now and then.

@ G in the E
Do you skip over tsuioku no kakera and shi no butou too?

Omg. Voyage songs are probably my favorites most of the time.

Least favorite is S-Conscious. Not because I even vaguely dislike it, but because I just don't get into it.

Also, skipping over tsuioku no kakera is a sad sad thing. D8 I love that song to pieces, and the dual guitar in it is brilliant.
