At the concert yesterday there were some announcements regarding Kaya's future releases.

In Autumn he will release a trilogy of singles (one per month), the first is titled 'Parfana' and the song has been written by KAMIJO.

As per usual, concerts will be held to celebrate the release of a single song XD

    23 October 2016 ~ Osaka RUIDO
    30 October 2016 ~ Mashida Play House

Another concert will be held to mark the culmination of the trilogy:

    07 April 2017 ~ Shinjuku ReNY.

Do you know if it's going to be like Madame Rosa no Shoukan where there pretty much was only one song (and an instrumental and a remix), or will it be like other singles with a B-side? :)

Well, little is known about those singles yet but on one side let's recall that Kaya signed with KAMIJO's label and that means more resources and more people can write songs for Kaya, but on the other side, let's not forget that Kaya likes to give everything bit by bit so... who knows ::hora::

This was something I was expecting.

As Koji said, Kaya belongs now to Kamijo's Agency, and that means more marketing resources. That's why Kaya has been on TV recently and will be in NHK or something in the future. And of course, that's why he could be with all his dancers once again, and the production for the live show was of higher level, according to some people who attended the event.

Chateau Agency will be now squeezing Kaya and I think it's very fine. He was in a limbo for so long (Femme Fatale was sooooo mehhh) and I like when my favorite artists release stuff and that's precisely what Kaya will be doing.

Let's just cross fingers it won't be like Glitter Boy, Girl, Pokémon, Kamijo, Mistery, Limited Edition versions, and the releases are different and of quality.

As of Schwarz Stein, I'm afraid Kaya's time is limited at the moment and this project is very underground, friends band like, so I don't see lives of SS soon. The best would be a Hora's solo release, so let's look forward to it.

I'm glad he's active as solo again, I've always enjoyed that, BUT WTF, Schwarz Stein hasn't done anything new since 2014!

I didn't like the song Kamijo composed for him tbh, and I don't like the backup dancers.
If fact, I don't like anything Kamijo has done since Lareine.

It really would be great if Shuva did something...

Nothing really comes up if you look for Parfana so I'm guessing it's a made up name for a heartbroken character that belongs to an unwritten novel by Kaya, much like Coppelia XD

Some details about the single were announced today via Kaya's ameblo:

    Release date: 19 October 2016

There will be 2 versions (sur-prise!!):

    - The Limited version will contain the main theme "Perfana": a song about a "witch". Plus another song written by KAMIJO, plus a DVD with the concert at Shinkuju ReNY (I bet it's a digest, not the full thing, but who knows)

    - The regular version will contain the main theme plus the song "Frosty Rain".

Oh and the title was supposedly changed from Parfana to Perfana, Kaya and his typos are legendary epic...

    Edit:

    Tracklist -
    1. Perfana
    2. Crescent Moon
    3. Frosty Rain

    From Kaya's website:

Kaya's new single "Perfana" to be released on October 19th, 2016!

Kaya's new CD "Perfana" will be relased on October 19th, 2016. KAMIJO of Versailles composed the music for this single.

Following this, Kaya has plans to release three singles all composed by KAMIJO. This single "Perfana" is the first of the three.

The limited first release version will include a CD with two songs composed by KAMIJO as well as a DVD of Kaya's tenth anniversary live, which was performed at Shinjuku ReNY on July 13th.

The general release version will be a CD containing three songs, the two songs composed by KAMIJO as well as the song "FrostyRain" composed by Yume Suzuki.

The CD will be available to purchase at the following links:

    Perfana [w/ DVD, Limited Edition]

    Perfana [Regular Edition]

I hope you're looking forward to hearing this beautiful work of art produced by Kaya and KAMIJO!

So all these singles will be composed by KAMIJO... that kinda worries me, hopefully Perfana's songs are good or I might rethink about buying more singles until other composers come in...

What other songs has Kamijo composed for Kaya? I don't really follow Kamijo and as far as I know he didn't compose anything on Gothic (my favourite album), so I'm not sure what to think.

He has never composed for Kaya before, but if I relate in any way his "composing" to HIZAKI or his songs as a solo singer, well... they aren't gonna be that great... IMHO
