So I got mine yesterday... I took the gamble that my dvd player would play all regions and lost horribly. So now I must wait til my next pay check to get a player : sigh :

So my question is, does anyone have a suggestion for a good quality dvdplayer that will play region 2 as well as 1. I was looking @ the links on the scape shopping guide and was mostly interested in purchasing the pioneer $250 model, unless anyone says otherwise.

Please respond quickly, staring at this photo book can only hold me off for so long.

Doh, it's still a real region 2 then, like SOS? I don't get why other indie labels like Undercode can have region free releases, and yet Midi-Nette, with all its other international efforts, can't. :?

maybe because they think the majority of the overseas fans are in europe....so they won't need to worry about that XD but yeah... i think free region releases would be more fair to all fans :\

You can also try looking a J-list's selection. Which is all of two players, but they're nice and cheap. :P

First off, did they ever not get along?

Second, wtf...What show were you watching, how an earth did you "sense tension" It seems like a way to justify Juka leaving by making it more than it was.

No, actually they all went backstage and had a rousing party with lots of beer, and then they parted on good terms.

Are these just assumptions that Juka and Mana didn't get along? I always thought they got along fine, except for Mana complaining about Juka's death scream or whatever.

if u seen the hotwave of moi dix mois, ull
see a lil bit of tension , just look at kazuos face
and jukas like after you get motivated and amped.

Its like i just look at their actions and face expressions
if u watch when juka introduces each member when he gets down to mana if u look at juka in the background he looks pissed lol like mana is getting all the spotlight but i dont care if theres tension since i love the band and im not making them seem bad its just alot of bands have anger against each other at times due to spotlight. ::dix::

Wow. You can tell exactly what people are thinking about by looking at their facial expressions? Consider a future job as a psychic.

This reminds of when someone said they noticed tension between the members and Gackt during the Merveilles live. I'm sorry, but it's really your imagination.

The Hotwave interview was likely the first time Juks and Kazuno have ever been on television. Of course they were tense. o_0

I was really tense in that interview. It was my first time on TV! Juka and me later played cards that night to relax a bit. He won though. :\

that and 1000000000000 watts bulbs pressed to your face while you're in full-make-up-glory and you're trying to make your sweating not look like drool. :|
Honestly, people... :P Even if you don't admit it, Mana IS a dork. A lovely one at that. He probably frolicks around backstage handing beer to everyone in the afterparty and poking everyone's noses and asking if it's really theirs.... I bet the whole Doraemon deal was HIS idea to start off... ;)
So really, I can't see how people still think Mana is like that. People had the excuse of not knowing him very well, but i'm sure there are quite a number of silly interviews translated out there. And there's also Mon+Amour now, so... yeah.
Lovely, lovely dork.
And now I retrieve to my lonely corner since I have nor Mon+Amour credentials, nor Hotwave interview nor m10m DVD...*dies*

--k  :|

PS: He also, in a very close and manly-bonding act, wrestled all of m10m at the same time in one ocassion... For some misterious reason, Hora joined in too. :|
They celebrated in Gackt's house with Butabara Curry, but they had to sleepover for four days.
