Karen Millen made a skirt like that. I don't think it's obasan, just more mature. And I like this entire photo shoot.

That manga drawing though...first, it's Mihara Mitsukazu.
Second, that's one of his outfits from the 2nd Gothic Lolita Bible. The thing is history dude!
