+I think gackt is awesome because he is the only man in Japan who has gone nearly 10 years without eating rice, the freak. HOW CAN YOU NOT EAT DELICIOUS JAPANESE RICE?!
+I think Gackt is awesome, too, because he seems to have a fixation on how beautiful his feet are, and that is entertaining.
+Finally, I think gackt is going to be AWESOME(ly bad) in the upcoming bunraku movie, and I look forward to sitting in a US movie theatre shouting obscene things to his image on the movie screen whilst giggling as people look at me like I'm crazy.
So, in sum, thank you, Gackt, for being such a thoroughly entertaining person. Here's to many more years to come.

Sure but it's not because it's a love Gackt thread that we can't have an opinion. I just commented your words. @ everyone else: Bunraku is taking until judgement day to come out because it's heavy on the CG, and I imagine it's proving more complicated than expected. They better hurry up, though- the problem with that sort of movie is that if you take too long to work on the computerized stuff, NEW computerized wizardry will come out that makes what you've already worked on look like crap, and then you'll feel compelled to do it all over again, making you waste MORE time, and that, my friends, is how many a project has died on the cutting board, and Gackt didn't suffer horrible food in Romania for nothing! So they better pull their pants up and put the finishing touches on so they can get to press. :/

Um, a thread that's called "Gackt & why we love him" is obviously opening itself up for people to disagree.
So what's with all the hubbub.
I frankly think it's ridiculous to even make a thread like this when The Gackt Thread exists.
