Just had a major attack of déjà vu while playing a Sega Genesis game from the early 90's. Since I was born in 1976, I'm p. sure this wasn't some kind of reincarnation dream about 16 bit RPG's.

Now Iska, don't let us Roman Catholics influence your belief/disbelief in reincarnation. It's only through scape that I realized Roman Catholics secretly believe in reincarnation, even though it's not what we're taught at all. I seriously wonder why.

The links in your brain aren't perfect.
Sometimes they link wrong stuff with eachother, which can result in seeing things wrong, or no: your brain assumes something, which isn't actually there.
You see a certain light or shadow, this is transmitted to your brain, which for a certain moment links it to an image of a passed person. Et voila, omg you see a ghost.
Bonus points if the light moves and you feel achil because you left the door open or something.

Same goes for deja vu's: You see something and due to wrong connections within your brain it links it to your memory, implying you've already seen it, even though it's new.

I don't try to act smart here, or try to ridicule believers of the paranormal. In fact i love the idea of anything spritual, it thrills me, but in the end i think everything has a logical/scientific reason behind it.

Everyone that I know or have ever met that claims they are physic or can see or speak to ghost are already a little mental to begin with. So pretty much nope, I do not believe in any of it.

I don't believe in ghosts at all, but I tend to believe we have more than one life, however crazy that may sound. ::meev::

That seems less crazy to me. If you believe in a soul (I don't, personally) reincarnation's not that far out of a concept.

Some people are just extremely good at manipulating other people, that's all.
I spent the last 40 minutes trying to remember the name of this program on television. It was more like a talk show and the host would pretend he could talk to people's dead relatives. The people in the audience would start hysterically crying and it was such a joke. What he would do is ask a bunch of vague questions and eventually lure the person into thinking he's physics and speaking with their dead grandmother or something. I don't know if the audience he choose to spoke with where actors or what but it was such a joke but he had his five minutes of fame. Some shows did parades of his program, Family Guy or Simpson I believe.

Crossing Over with John Edward, I think it was.

There was another one just like that, Silvia Brown I think her name was, who would actually get mad at the audience and tell them were wrong if they were like "sorry, lady, I don't know what to tell you - no one in my family has a name that starts with a 'b.'"

There was also the Pet Psychic on Animal Planet who would talk to dead animals and it was lol as fuck.

Realistically...no, but I like to believe. Forever.
