Ok, I owe cd japan money. And I have to send them an international money order. I forgot where to send it to exactly and I tried to email them, and I got the auto response email. But they never replied directly.

Could someone give me the email to make sure I sent it to the right place.

'Customer account' is useful for seeing your order number. 'Help' is useful for getting CDJ's address when you've forgotten it.

Minagoroshi already posted their postal address. Did you bother checking out the 'help' section on the site like Illaparatzo said? This is their email:

Perhaps they're not getting back to you because you're asking a very obvious question that you can find the answer to on their website? All you have to do for confirmation is print out the email you got when you ordered and include it in the envelope with the PMO.

thats what I need to call for, I dont think I have the email from when I bought the DVD, it was so long ago. It was like a year or more. Im suprised they really even sent it to me without getting the money, and then waiting so long to notify me that they didnt get the money. I need to find out the exact amount and if their address didnt change.
