One of them will contain a live footage+PV+making of DVD.

S left the band, but they decided to continue activities.

K was support for 4 or 5 lives only. His last were on AC anniversary party on 2011.12.12


more updates:

After S departure, AC has announced that they are now leaving the jpop label REAL STYLE CREATION, and in process of creation of their own indie label called "AC ~ Individual Direction~" and that they are releasing a new live-only single at their anniversary event on december 12.

They also announced Majyu (ex E'm~grief~ ex-時空海賊SEVEN SEAS) is joining the band as support members for their scheduled lives.

No particular reason, but they were kind of inactive since 2012 so its good they have finaly announced it.

There will be a last live that is also going to be a K memorial with Juka, Kaya, Hayato and other guests.
