LOL I didn't know J-XYZ was still around under a new name. That's old schooooool... but even at the time I never ordered from them because they never seemed to be the best deal.

I emailed them a few years ago about something and never heard back.

A little late to reply here, but I definitely wouldn't recommend their ticketing services. I used the service for my trip to Tokyo a couple years ago, and they were happy to take my money up front, but when it came AWFULLY CLOSE to the actual date of the concert and I still hadn't received the tickets, I contacted them via email. I didn't hear back from them until the morning of the show, and they told me that they "were unable to secure the tickets", and I had no other way to get tickets short notice. I did get a refund, but missing the show was the bigger dagger. The communication sucked. I ended up going and blowing all my money in bootleg shops instead, and got some good stuff, but I'm still bitter about missing the show.
