We call it pop here, not soda
since this is a huge topic in the Diru thread, I want a poll graph thingy because I really want to know how people feel in a way of something I can see and be like "Oh, so this many people think this-" etc.
Does that make sense?
okay.

If I didn't put your option here, let me know

They GAS'd my birthday party!
I'm almost like one of the crowd that listens to only Dir en grey's Visual Kei material- Gauze and MACABRE. I think that was their best. But admitedly I like their other albums. Withering to death. was alright.. but kinda sucked at the same time. It had some tracks I liked and not so much.

So far Ryojoku no Ame is the best song they've come up with in the past year. Agitated Screams of Maggots seems like "Hey! Let's be shocking!" but not as desperate as CLEVER SLEAZOID. Still I don't enjoy it, mostly because I hate nu-metal and in my opinion this still sounds like bashing on instruments in an attempt to be scary-mainstream rather than making real music.

So yeah. I voted on "omg, where did their talent go?"

I haven't heard it and have no interest in hearing it. I'll wait for the album, where hopefully there'll be more stuff like Ryojoku no Ame.

Other - Undecided. I just don't knw what to think anymore, because I hated it initially. But it's stating to grow on me. Still don't "like it" but I don't hate it, either.

Now that the hype of it has died down for me, I realize I do enjoy Saku more, but ASoM comes in second as far as their heavy songs go. I don't find it "amazing" and I do enjoy it more than just "like" it, but I still only voted as "liking" it.

I overuse quotes. :/

Despite all the hoo-ha with 'CLEVER SLEAZOID' and 'Ryojoku no Ame', I never actually got around to listening to them. However, I guess curiosity got the better of me for 'ASoM'.

The other night, I listened and saw the censored PV for the first time. The censoring made it laughable to me, really. The art in the PV is a nice attempt to be new for Deg, but give me 'JESSICA' anyday plz.
The song . . . is entirely in English, isn't it? All I could hear was "ASADJKSKLDJKJSDAAAAAAARRRRRRRRFHGHLSDJVMLSDV GIGGITY GIGGITY GOO BLLARRRGHOESAHAHAAA" . . . or something like that.

Just sounded like a bunch of noise to me that didn't interest or move me. Bleh.

It's not bad but it's definately not their best, as far as I'm concerned. I really prefer Ryoujoku no Ame out of their most recent songs. Anyway I voted "It's alright".

I voted "alright" for the following:

-getting too emotional over Dir en grey's perceived missteps/not-missteps is in vogue and I hate that

-The music's fun, but the vocal styling ain't my thing. I'll appreciate this song as filler when it appears on the album, merely as an ingredient of balance.

-I still hate the lyrics and I sincerely implore you all to understand and respect why.

-I wish singles didn't get so much damn attention because sometimes they can seem just like throwaway songs.

-I'm awesome.

I voted alright, because it is. It's not awesome, it's not bad, I guess it will be a song I'll like when I'm in the arwarwaraarjrssjtj-mood...

Other. I'll just quote Elec, because he and I get the same opinions often if not all the time on alot of things.
