I first got into Iron Maiden, actually for a long time also. Then I realized that it isn't that great music after all - well it' not bad either but.. err. Still Iron Maiden made me play drums so im happy and thankful.

I don't think so. I think that there will be some bands that are somewhat appreciated @ states but that's about it. I fully agree with Lede.

One of my friend also started to listen Dir en grey just know. I got a bit annoyed when he stated that I didn't tell him about the band. It wasn't so long ago when I played one song to him without telling bands name... and he said "this is crap". Now it's "all good". Mm.. what ever. :roll:
