But yes, I'm sure it's happened to someone at some point.

It's just a standard business procedure.
If you tell people to do something a certain way and they don't, then if something goes wrong you won't be held accountable.

But yeah. Someone would do that because, in case you haven't noticed, there are some real losers out there.

hmm anyway, I actually haven't register it in a while. I've so far ordered from him 3 times. The first time, I was really freaked out about the process, so of course I registered it. After that, I took my chances, and it has paid off so far. I'm a little more confident on the process, but not enough to completely trust the US postal system, so I worry until I get the notification email.

You don't get IPMOs from the bank. You need to get them from your post office. (we can give you more specific help if you tell us what country you're from)

Once you get the IPMO, mail it to Hora using the address on his site. When he receives it, he will send you a mail telling you, and then another mail when the CDs are shipped.

hm this time the money transfer gave me way too much money because they don't "exchange small yen bills". It eventually only comes down to 5 euro or something, but I am kinda annoyed by it. Oh well, Hora would appreciate the extra money.

Also, if I wasn't so lazy I could just go to another money transfer, but well, don't want to wait longer. I am going to send the money at the begin of the new year.

Sure. But it's not really about Hora, so much as it is an observation that the song is something you'd hear in Sazae on gay night (with the appropriate commentary, of course).
