I painstakingly transcribed the sheet music from the band score into MIDI years ago, I wonder if I still have it laying around on a hard drive somewhere.

Honestly, I would be more than happy with ANY instrumental MM songs (other than the instrumentals they've released themselves).
Malice Mizer's music was genuinely great and a lot of it works even without any vocals.
