I would like to wholeheartedly second this. The only exception is Feta, which smells like rotting corpses to me and I can't for the life of me get past that to actually try tasting it.

True Munster cheese (I mean made with non-pasteurized milk) smells like hell but it's delicious!

I love many kinds of cheese. Swiss cheese with bretzels and a glass of chilled dry white wine (like Riesling) is fabulous!

And please all of you American members on scapeforums.com keep buying (if you can afford it) our own Roquefort because George W. Bush (as a farewell present to us?) decided to triple taxes on it 2 weeks ago or something! ::hora::

I actually had true/real munster a few months ago for the first time and truly almost threw up. I could not get over the smell or taste. I am SO used to what we have here in the states and the taste is SO much different.

I want to give a quick nod to a really great cheese I just discovered a few months ago; cana de cabra. It's a lovely soft goat's milk cheese with lovely citrus notes. It's absolutely delicious, and I could seriously eat the hell out of it if dairy didn't make me die in hell.

I never ate it for this reason, I'm not sure if I thought it was made of monsters, but it scared me, like they'd be angry at me for eating them or something :P

And now that I am trying to make some effort at singing, I've really cut down on the stuff, though I love it.

The only cheese I don't eat are those slices that come in plastic.

Cheddar, Port Salut and "Västgöta kloster" (I'm not sure what kind of cheese that is? and I'm to lazy to look it up) are my favourites <3

I love swiss, but I tried this canadian cheddar recently and that stuff is incredible. Omg. Nothing at all like nasty orange cheddar.

Vegan cheese is the nastiest thing I've ever tried.

h8 cheese. The only one I can not get sick of is pepperjack. I have crazy rules for when I will or won't eat cheese.

I can't eat cheese if it's:
room temperature by itself
Too melted on top of food and stringy
If it completely covers what its on top of
American Cheese

I will eat cheese when:
It's mozzarella, cheddar or pepperjack, cold and by itself
slightly melted on top of meat
room temperature in a salad
Saucy queso sauce for dipping.
